Billing in steps
- We estimate a price that covers the hours involved in performing a certain project or step. If it takes longer, you don’t pay more.
- Additional projects and steps are approved by you. You receive a price estimate and be billed separately.
- Incremental payments are spread over a period of time and design steps, reducing risk.
- Payment includes in-built basic SEO.
Projects: All work is broken down into projects that each contain a number of steps. These also act as payment milestones:
- STEP 1: Plan together | Price estimate | Deposit of 50%*
- STEP 2: Design | Payment of 25%*
- STEP 3: Build | Payment of 25%
- STEP 4: Launch/Delivery

Logos & Corporate Identity Design
- STEP 1: Plan together | Price estimate | Deposit of 50%*

*Refunds: You can receive a refund for a step if you are dissatisfied with that step. Once you have approved the work for a step, that payment is no longer refundable. Once a payment has been refunded, you cannot use unpaid work.
